Course Information
Attendance Policy: 100% Attendance is required in all first aid and CPR courses in order to receive certification. For blended courses, the online component must be completed prior to the classroom component.
Payment
For public courses being offered, payment must be made at the time of registration prior to the course.
Refund
Refunds will be granted to participants up to 48 hours prior to the start of the course. To request a refund, please contact confidencefirstaid@gmail.com or call 289-387-1335. Alternatively, participants may transfer to another course date if the request is made up to 48 hours prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the start of the course, however, a credit will remain on file for use within one year. If a participant registers for a course and does not attend, there will be no refunds but a course transfer will be granted. For course cancellation requested by Confidence First Aid & CPR Training due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be given to all participants registered.
